Give your tutorial a written companion.
Some viewers want to watch. Others want the steps in front of them. Build a companion guide from selected video frames and your own instructions in Screlio.

Put your existing recording to work
- Open a video that shows the complete task you want to document.
- Choose a clear frame for each useful step.
- Write the action and any choice the reader needs to make.
- Arrange the instructions in the order someone will follow them.
- Check every frame and instruction against the current app.
Show the control. Explain the action.
A screenshot gives your reader a place to look. The instruction tells them what to do. Write “Open Notifications and enable weekly summaries,” then include the expected result when it is useful. Choose a frame that shows the control clearly and excludes private account information.
Keep it aligned with the video
When an app changes, update the affected frame and instruction. If you revise the tutorial too, record a replacement segment where needed and check both versions against the same task.
You select the screenshots, write the wording, and order the steps yourself. Check the output and sharing options in your build before choosing where to publish the guide.
Start with a clear video
Plan a YouTube how-to and polish the recording before building the written steps.
